50/50 Pre-Pay Sidewalk Program

The Village of Stickney, in a joint effort with homeowners, annually conducts a 50/50 sidewalk replacement program. This program is based on a cooperative agreement whereby the
Village contributes half the cost of the project and the homeowner contributes half the cost. The goal of the program is to improve the quality of our pedestrian walkway system within
the Village.

Applications for the 50/50 sidewalk program will be taken through the end of April. Payment is due in advance. You will receive a letter of confirmation with your total amount due and will have 30 days to pay. Sidewalk replacement will begin in June or July. Funding for this program is limited and is on a first come first serve basis. Please click here for an application.
